The Center for Monitoring Business Activities in the Energy Sector and Investments (CEI).

CEI is established with the objective of finding solutions for improving the financial effectiveness of companies in the energy sector in which the state has shares or holds stock and appropriate and targeted directing of funds in a manner  ensuring biggest and most long-term economic return, stable growth and centralized and systematic monitoring of all investments in the Republic of Croatia.  

• INVESTMENT SECTOR: Monitoring public investments, expert support and participation in drafting the investment programs
• PPP SECTOR: Developing new public private partnerships for construction, renovation and reconstruction of public buildings
• ENERGY SECTOR: Preparing capital energy projects and supporting renewable energy sources, preparing business analysis and development plans of companies in the energy sector in Republic of Croatia
• National coordinating and implementing authority for energy efficiency
