The Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) is the umbrella organization of the renewable energy industry in Germany. It was officially founded on 14 December 1991 and acts as a merger of professional associations in the fields of water power, wind energy, bioenergy, solar and geothermal energy. The BEE represents the interests of the industry towards politics and the public.
