ETIP Bioenergy, in collaboration with the ART Fuels Forum, ETIP Renewable Heating and Cooling and Bioenergy Europe, is pleased to invite you to join the Innovation Fund Stakeholder Workshop on Renewable Fuels and Bioenergy on the 12th of September 2019 in Brussels.
The workshop has the aim to to collect project ideas from the renewable fuel/biofuel and bioenergy sectors and to discuss key sector-specific issues with regard to the selection and management of projects.
The Innovation Fund is one of the world’s largest funding programmes for demonstration of innovative low-carbon technologies with the focus on Innovative low-carbon technologies and processes in energy intensive industries, including products substituting carbon intensive ones, carbon capture and utilisation (CCU), construction and operation of carbon capture and storage (CCS), innovative renewable energy generation, and energy storage.
The workshop will identify key issues specific to the bioenergy and renewable fuel/biofuel sectors and/or cross-cutting issues which will be conveyed to DG Clima. The overall target is to provide industrial contribution for the preparation of the 1st Call, in order to increase the exploitation of the fund and to achieve the overall objectives of the Innovation Fund.
