6th International Conference on Ethanol from Lignocellulosics

Following the success of the five International Conferences on Lignocellulosic Ethanol, the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission is organising the 6th Conference in Brussels in close cooperation with the industry. The Conference will be facilitated by NOVOZYMES as the lead Sponsor. The conference will gather industry representatives, policy makers and other stakeholders to discuss the main challenges and opportunities of the lignocellulosic ethanol sector in Europe and globally in achieving a sustainable energy future and a low-emission mobility. Industry leaders will look at the current commercialization phase and progress made towards a competitive bioeconomy.
