SET Plan delivering results. The implementation plans: research & innovation enabling the EU's energy transition

The European Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET Plan) aims at accelerating the development and deployment of low-carbon technologies, at improving new technologies and at bringing down their costs, by coordinating national research efforts and facilitating financing of projects in the energy sector. Its goal is to promote innovation partnerships across Europe by supporting the most impact-ful technologies that will contribute to the EU's transformation to a low-carbon energy system.
