The European Fuel Oxygenates Association is a sectorial group of Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council, with membership (Ecofuel, Ineos, Hellenic Petroleum, Lyondell, Neste Oil, Oxeno, Polski Koncern Naftowy, Sabic Europe and Total) representing about 80% of European producers of MTBE, the most widely used fuel oxygenate.
