Pannonia Ethanol produces fuel ethanol and animal feed. The company is part of Ethanol Europe Renewables Limited

Pannonia Ethanol is located in Dunaföldvár, Tolna County, Hungary. The facility currently utilizes roughly 650,000 tons of corn annually , producing up to 280 million litres of ethanol, and 160,000 tons of Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS), a high protein animal feed. It also produces 40,000 tons of Wet DGS, and 5,000 tons of corn oil, a great animal feed ingredient. We produce as much animal feed as ethanol.

The production process at the plant uses a closed system, minimizing waste as well as purifying and reusing water involved in the production.

Pannonia Ethanol produces some of the most environmentally friendly ethanol in Europe, with green house gas (GHG) savings well in excess of those required under the EU’s Renewable Energy Directive (RED).
