The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities - Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia (SCTM) is an independent, non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit association, in which towns and municipalities from the Republic of Serbia are gathered on a free-will basis with the purpose of development and improvement of local self-government, its protection and realization of common interests.
